Best Western Poway/San Diego Hotel

Excellent location with clean room, nice TV and friendly stall. I would recommend this hotel to any traveler that wants a nice place to stay for a fair price

the air condition was not working ok and the carpet are so old

Great hotel. Very clean, nice bed. Refrigerator, microwave and air conditioner worked well. Coffee in the morning during covid. Try out the donut shop close to the area, donutopolis for wonderful donuts.

Coffee maker in the room has mold also the phone in the room did not work, the front desk guy is very rude

Was a great place to stay, very close to everything.

The room was clean and comfortable, but the door wasn’t flush to the floor. That meant that hot air and noise came through into the room. I would say about an inch gap was visible. Also my room phone didn’t work. I couldn’t call the front desk unless I used my own cell phone. The front desk was very friendly and accommodating and helped me whenever I asked them for anything. So all and all I would give them 5 stars and the hotel 3.

Room was disgusting. Carpet was soooo dirty and gooey.

The property is old and unkept. Our room had a bad smell and was dirty. The smoke detector was broken and pulled off of the wall. There was a gated area for pets and someone left their dog overnight and it barked all night and kept us awake.

Relatively quiet and tucked away so there was little street traffic.

Hello, This hotel is terrible!!! I checked in late at night. And new to area... didn’t know the conditions of this hotel. I had 2 rooms for 2 nights... but after getting in the room, I regret but was late like 11 pm. I have no sleep all night!!! Never stay here again! This place is tear down !!! Told front desk about my experience and want to check out and leave, but front desk won’t let me check out. Told me to email you the GM. I want my money back! I did checked out and returned the keys . Lilly
