There was a shortage on towels and my family had to wait a whole day without towels

Comfy beds, nice staff, clean room. Wish breakfast and the pool were open but I understand that Covid made it impossible.

The place was dirty and not like pictures. Due to Covid you would think it was being kept cleaner.

This hotel is the cleanest I've ever stayed in. The bed was so comfortable. The service was on point. I enjoyed this place !

The hotel was more than I expected. The room was very large for the price. Only downside was another large group came and used all the towels, so we only had one set. Other than that small thing, it was a great stay.

Do not stay at this hotel. We were charged for a room that we did not stay in. When we asked for clean towels we were told there was none and we had to wait on laundry. Then we had to go the front desk to get clean towels. The hallways were not cleaned. We had to go to the front desk to get tissue paper. Housekeeping did not restock anything or clean. Trash was running over outside. I would not recommed this hotel to anyone.

Nice hotel miss having breakfast though; however I understand with our current situation in the world.

The conditions were very “dated”, and the staff seemed to be oblivious to some of the going ons in the parking lot.

Difficult to say. Regular services were discontinued or reduced due to measures taken to prevent exposure to COVID-19.
