The Cape Milner

lovely staff and a lovely stay! they were very accommodating for my early arrival, and i appreciated their efforts to make sure that i knew what was on offer and where i was going.

I have stayed at the Cape Milner about 6 times . Hotel is lovely and the staff and service is great. My room was a suite on this occasion and it was tired and needs updating. The room staff had not cleaned the room properly and there empty water bottles on the balcony outside and No spoons in the room for coffee. I actually think the lower grade rooms are better /newer and so will just save the money and book a standard room going forward.

Rooms can be noisy with cars passing non stop at high speed on busy road. Very good position. Comfortable rooms.

Lovely stay, great hotel, nice pool area and really helpful staff. We accidentally left our passports and extra cash in the safe. Everything was safe and sound at the front desk when we returned to pick it up two days later. Easy and cheap onsite parking too. Really great location, walking distance to excellent restaurants and BoKap neighborhood. If I am Cape Town again I will definitely stay here.

Room was noisy, to close to social area at pool. Guest were chatting till after minnight

From the moment we arrived at reception Lee could no of been more helpful and accommodating. The rooms a clean and well appointed, the location is good for table mountain. Compared to other accommodation we have stayed at in Cape Town it gives good value for money, Lee on reception was the best reception staff by far anywhere we stayed!

I had an awesome stay at the Cape Milner. The hotel has been refurbished. The rooms are decent size modern and comfortable. The breakfast great and the service awesome.

at book in was a member of staff whose first day at the job it was- no one to assist - but it was okay - I booked room with twin beds but were taken to room with one double/queen size- had to wait about 10 - 15 min before someone relocated me - when asked why they did not heck my booking - I received a very meaningless reply. breakfast was excellent - Coffee very very bad though - Coffee to me very important part f breakfast - I will not stay at Cape milner because of ghastly coffee.

Good location for walking into museums and city centre. Great rooms, restaurant/bar/breakfast. A shambles checking out but that shouldn’t ruin a good stay.

Wonderful property, conveniently located in a safe and easily accessible area. Majestic views of table mountain from the room and a lovely breakfast buffet.
