We stayed here for the jetted tub that fits 2. The tub was great, however the bathroom shower was for handicap and there wasn’t a shower head. You had to hold the handheld shower thing the whole time. I’ve never taken a more terrible shower in my life. Also the website states free breakfast but when we got there they told us there was no breakfast. The pillows on the bed were the size of a toddlers bed. Wish I had of bought my own pillow and the sink by the fridge was clogged and the tv was small. We only stayed one night but I wouldn’t book for more than one night.

The front desk clerk was very nice. A light bulb was burned out on the desk lamp and she replaced my light and brought an extension cord. Very accommodating.

Incidentals charge is ridiculous
The hotel was nice staff was pleasant but the $100 they charge for incidentals takes almost a week to get back. That is terrible. Especially when they have a card on file they could charge if there was a problem.

I want to start this by saying that the hotel staff were extremely friendly and helpful. That was the best part of my stay! Otherwise, I was disappointed to find that this hotel was in DESPERATE need of a renovation! The furniture, mattress, bedding, elevator, flooring...everything needs to be updated/replaced. The shower curtain was pretty torn, making it hard to cover the entire shower so soap and water got on the floor. My housekeeper cleaned the first day, and didn’t go back into my room until the day I checked out (2 days later). I put the DND sign on the door because I knew I wouldn’t be out of the room in time, but she never went back after I had moved the sign and left the room. Again, the staff were great, but PLEASE be warned before booking that this is much more dated than anyone may expect.

Charged $100 amenities deposit, tried to tell me it was industry standard, but it is almoat unheard of in that area. Breakfast was a joke, even taking into account Covid-19 restrictions. Water pressure in shower was non-existent, mattress was not comfortable. The place was very quiet and the room was a good size, but those were the only positives
