We stayed here for an overnight stop on a trip to our cabin. This was our first stay in a hotel since the pandemic. We felt like the well known brand of Best Western would ensure a clean, comfortable, and safe stay. When we arrived, our check in was great. The staff member was kind and helpful and was wearing a mask. When we got into our room, I sanitized all surfaces and found that the room was not entirely clean, especially the air conditioning system. When I wiped that down there was a lot of dirt that came off. I felt very uneasy about this and was hopeful that a window would open so we could get fresh air into the room. It did not. The beds were comfortable enough and we were only staying one night. As we were leaving the hotel, we saw one cleaning staff member on our floor not wearing a mask. When we checked out at the front seat two staff members were not wearing masks. This was incredibly disappointing as we thought this would be a hotel brand that would take covid seriously. On the entrance doors, they state that masks are required. And yet, the majority of the staff were not wearing them. This, in addition to the unclean surfaces in our room, will make us think twice, if at all, about booking a stay at a Best Western again.

Room was very spacious. Very relaxing. Staff was friendly. A little disappointed that jacuzzi tub took about an hour to fill. Towels size of hand towels, and lack of toilet paper in room...less than 1/8 th of roll.

I specially picked the room with the jet tub. And i decided to wipe it down with lysol just because...and was the wipe black . It was so dirty.

You would think a king suite wouldn’t have the bed right up against a paper thin wall for stairwell. Entire night while trying to sleep, sounded like someone was coming through the wall and ceiling. Other than that, good stay.
