Decent but can do better with customer service
I don’t know if $100 is the current price for a motel kind of property. The property is decent and clean, but has very poor customer service. I didn’t find the staff friendly. The property doesn’t provide body lotion which I haven’t seen anywhere else. So if you have to stop for the night and you didn’t plan it, you might end up with a dry skin the next day. The AC / Heat system needs an update. It had a mind of its own and worked per its own automatic arrangement. Breakfast is like other comparable motels, nothing fancy but you won’t starve in the morning. Timing though was only 6-9am. In winters I find it to be short.

Not happy
I will not be booking this hotel again any time in the near future. Firstly, it is under construction, which we were not informed about, zero atmosphere and a strong chemical smell, I assume from the carpets. Most importantly, I was given an inferior room that I did not book, the staff was very rude and apparently they did not even have the jacuzzi suite with a king bed that they advertised and I booked. I was given a standard room with 2 queen beds and they insisted that the reservation was confirmed by hotels.com, which was not true. No apology, nothing. The staff was just miserable and the breakfast was awful. I'm told the restaurant (Daniella's) is very good, but I do not believe they are actually affiliated with the hotel, so my recommendation is to eat at the restaurant, but stay somewhere else!!

The whole lobby and breakfast area is under construction. The floor was all torn up and sharp pieces of metal were just thrown around on the floor. There was no breakfast. We got no notification of any of this. The woman at the front desk was incredibly rude and dismissive about all of it.

Under construction, no breakfast served.
The hotel was under renovations. The lobby was covered in mud, there were tools strewn about on the floor and now warning or signs. Guests had to step over the messy cardboard packaging from tiles navigate a construction zone while entering or exiting. Further, there was no breakfast offered or any accommodation in place of this - none of this was mentioned on Hotels.com prior to the booking. I’m sure it’ll look great when it’s done and the room was fine - except we did not get any housekeeping service for the two night stay. Rooms were fine and comfortable but dusty and dirty around the corners and crevices

Decent hotel for the price. Horrible customer serv
We recently stayed for the weekend for a girls trip. I had booked the hotel almost a year ago through a third-party. When I checked in the lady at the front desk was not very helpful. She kept telling me that I only had one room reserved even though, I had confirmation of two rooms and all she kept saying is that my credit card was expired. I assured her that I had another credit card, but I needed to get the room situated because I had a large group of people and we needed a place to sleep. When we asked about another room, she said there was another room available, but it had no working tub. Then she quoted us a price double what we paid, I finally got a hold of the third-party company and when they called her, suddenly, she found the other room. Even though I had given her the confirmation number several times. I know they have no control over third-party reservations, but if she had just looked a little harder, the first time she would’ve saved us 30 minutes of stress and aggravation, trying to figure out last minute solution. The room itself was comfortable if you were just looking for a place to lay your head.
