This is my second stay at this hotel. The employees are very kind and attentive. The breakfast is very good. However, the Best Western is old and has seen better days. There is an odor, possibly old cigarette smell. My first stay was a warmer month. I left my door open for several hours before going to bed. This time is was colder and i could not leave the door open. I really noticed the smell.

Check in delayed while staff finished conversation. First room (120) had a suspicious red/ brown bug on bottom of bed when I checked into the room, and I alerted staff. Second room (132) had a strong urine smell and half the lights wouldn’t work. Third room had a heavy smoke smell. Staff notified, pictures taken and smell of smoke documented. Still awaiting management to contact me. Advice, choose another hotel!

While the room was clean and they have definitely made an effort to update the overall property, my room had a smell that was not good (I can’t place what it was- but it was strong). Had I not been in a hurry and staying only one night I would have requested another room.

I booked a hotel through the app, and apparently the price was different than the price listed on the app, so check-in and checkout took way longer than than it should've, and the staff didn't know how to use the computer to figure it out.
