Econo Lodge new Reno-Sparks Convention Center

Todo eficiente ,,,,very nice guys ! Clean and good room

Bed cover had a fifty cent size hole like someone was smokeing and it burned it. Scrape marks on the dresser with trim comeing off. For a king size bed the bath room had 1 of everything from rags to towels.

The manager is rude as hell and starts conflict with most the guests. She is on a power trip. She is rude enough to get me to spread thhe word to not stay there.

Heater was not working in Room 515. It was freezing and there was smoking near and in both rooms despite the non smoking signs on the doors. Floors were filthy. Loud noise and stomping around at all hours. Stained sheets and carpet. Shower had one setting where sprayed water everywhere. They left the soap from previous resident in both rooms. Walls were filthy. The plugs in sink and shower were broken. Toilet seats were worn out. Security doors did not work. Other than that people were nice. Just should not be advertising as non-smoking.

Everything was good except the cleaning because the carpet was still very dirty and the tub of the bathroom too.

Our room was not fully cleaned. There was hair in the bed, the roll-away bed that we got was dirty and didn't have a blanket. The floor had a film on it so our feet turned back, and there was blood or something on the wall in the bathroom. The tub, sink, and toilet seemed clean though. The room was convenient for what we needed, though. And the balcony was a fun addition.

Not Good, Very active hotel, lots of police activity, right outside our room, got no sleep for our two night stay😢

Didn't get the room i wanted. Only had housekeeping service one day out of the 4 days i stay.

Our rooms were clean, although, the exterior grounds of the hotel was less to be desired, trash, cigarette butts on the stair case and the surrounding area. The hallway to our rooms was very dirty, I don't think it was vacuumed any of the 4 days of our stay.

In spite of the busy location, it was very quiet in the room.
