They’re looking out for us at breakfast time!
They offer to make guests breakfast including the choice of a couple of hot items which is the first hotel I’ve encountered doing this in this price range or higher from here south to all around the Milwaukee area during Covid-19. (and what time one would like it ready) An extra special touch!

Overall good, breakfast very disorganized
Overall it was good. We did mention in the booking and when we got there that it was a late anniversary trip, but they didn't do anything for that. They didn't have to, but many other hotels would have, so we will celebrate elsewhere in the future. It was clean, and they served the coffee in the lobby to avoid people touching the items and possibly spreading the virus. The pool was limited to 30 minutes at a time with cleaning between segments and limited number of families per time slot. Breakfast was requested via a sheet filled out the day before. This would be my only real negative comment as this was not well organized. We requested breakfast to be delivered to us at 9am, and when I went to the lobby at 9:11, there was one lady preparing the breakfasts on a tray and she hasn't even started on ours. She complained to me about the people that requested orange juice as it was easy to tip on the tray. They were out of several of the items we requested (no omelettes, sausages, or blueberry muffins). They did let us substitute an egg burrito, bacon, and a banana nut muffin. The next morning the food was in the lobby on time, but they were out of all danishes (which they did not substitute for us) and blueberry and chocolate muffins (so we got 2 more banana nut muffins). I'm unclear why a person requests the food)/timing the day before if there isn't going to be that food offered, and the person putting together the trays shouldn't have complained about other guests to me.

When we came in we were immediately greeted by the staff. Very friendly and helpful. When we got to our room the TV didn’t work. We did check behind the entertainment center and it was REALLY dirty and we did see that everything was unplugged. So we walked to the desk and he came up and fixed it right away. Again SUPER nice and helpful. Beds were really comfortable!! Toilet flusher was broken so it was tricky to flush.
