Riverchase Lodge

Great location

This facility seems to be nicely maintained. It is a good location for walking to the main attractions of Gatlinburg without the hassle of finding parking. The HVAC units are a bit awkard in the room and there is no desk to use. All in all a pleasant stay for an overnight.

Our stay was wonderful. The staff was very friendly and helpful! Definitely recommend staying at riverchase!

The staff was good and the rooms had been slightly updated recently but that was about the only things that were ok about this stay. This is more like a Motel than a hotel. The water in the shower was not consistent. It would go from slightly warm to burning hot so much that it made our skin burn. The walls were so thin that we heard everything outside. The people were partying it up and letting their dog bark all hours of the night. The worst part was the people in the room next to us decided to have sex at 2am and wake my children up wondering what was going on. Loud exaggerated moans from a woman is not what you want to hear and explain to your children. Might be an ok stay if you are single and just passing through for one night. We will not stay here again. Plus we heard slamming doors all night. Couldnt use the TV because it wanted us to sign in with our own ROKU and emails and passwords for all the apps.

Very clean and recently renovated. Staff was very friendly.

The room was simple but nice, new furniture and finishes. Walking distance to Anakeesta and the aquarium
