We came for a Six Flags trip. We arrived very late and staff greeted us friendly! Check in was painless and we were in the room in less than 10 minutes. Parking lot was dark, so we pulled as close to the building as possible. Room was very clean and comfortable. We noticed some maintenance that needed to be cared for, but it wasn’t anything that affected our stay. Check out was painless and staff very nice!! We will definitely stay again!
Hotel was okay. Neighborhood was sketchy. I was a little annoyed that I was charged $10 a day for parking and didn’t receive breakfast. I felt like it should have been an even change.

There were stipulations that we’re different like breakfast and such but the staff was very accommodating! They were nice and tried to make our stay as good as possible. The air was in cool the whole time and we were very comfortable I the room. Wish the pool would have been accessible at night at least but overall we thought it was well worth the money.
The workers were very kind and helpful and the rooms were very clean and sanitary we even was aloud some extra time in the pool because it was the only time we could make it to the pool
Dirty had rotten food in dresser and black mold
Aside from amenities not available due to COVID-19, the bathroom was horrible. Loose tiles bathroom and vanity area. The bathroom water for commode kept running. We constantly had to adjust the handle to stop the water from running. Plumbing needed. Sadly, I reported it on the day of check out. The Front Desk Clerks were very welcoming and professional. This pretty much made up for the horrible bathroom. The packaged brown bag meals were ok but could be changed over a period of days. Having the same thing for breakfast gets boring. The housekeepers were very disconnected when it came to English language and communication. However, some were accommodating and some were constant about sending us down stairs to get our towels replaced. Even after following instructions to leave towels and garbage bags in the hallway to get refreshed towels and bags. Luckily, we had our own garbage bags and we were able to replenish our own out of pocket trash bags due to social distancing and I’m keeping safe. Again...if it was not for the PLEASANT FRONT DESK STAFF (which is the first and lasting impression) as a business owner, I will always come back to stay here.
Very clean and comfortable. The staff was kind and precautions were taken to help prevent the spread of the virus.
Rooms are decent sized and have ceiling fans in the bedrooms (which is nice). However, the property is very dated and seems in desperate need of a make over.
Staff was so polite and we had everything we needed.
