Could have been better
The bed was amazingly soft the room was clean the only issue was the shower the water stayed like warm while running never got hot when turning shower on it would only run cold. Really made my stay hard due to my husband isn’t able to get in and out of a bath tub good and not being able to take a shower really was only issue

This hotel was great for my trip! Very clean and great location! I have no complaints If I need to stay in this location again I will stay at this hotel! Swimming pool was clean and big enough for several people!

Stay here 1x a month for business. Clean and decent for the price. I like that it’s quite here and sets up off the road. Convenient to everything nearby.

little dated
Not a bad location on top of the hill in Powell, its close to many eateries. the pool looked inviting and our room was clean and comfortable. a little dated. our toilet didn't flush all the time and we notified the front desk upon our exit. due to the pandemic, they weren't serving breakfast which was fine because the coffee in the lobby wasn't very hot anyways.

Check in was simple and prompt. The young ladies who worked the desk were extremely helpful and polite. Kasey went above to exceed my expectations in making sure every need, question or concern I had was addressed. She cares very much about her job and the way she tends to guest shows in her professionalism. She’s an asset! Thank you for making my stay a positive experience.

Super clean and nice hotel. Friendly staff. Pool in great shape but very cold as it had just been filled. Breakfast sparse due to covid virus and not allowing people to gather in breakfast room but they did a good job trying to keep people safe and providing a limited breakfast.

Kinda disappointed
Overall kinda disappointed, been stay there for years couldn’t get in pool police kept showing up. They kept telling us pool would be ready never was .The room was clean and bed are comfortable but bathroom floor was dirty shower had hair in it. We normally we always had a great time at this hotel. Checked out early went to another hotel.
