Comfort Inn & Suites Eastgate

Room Was tidy but didn’t appear to have been deep cleaned. Floors and counters weren’t clean. Shower head wouldn’t turn off to run just bath water. But the bedding was clean and Ac worked good.

I like the service desk lady. She was very kind. What i didnt like is the free wifi had a very bad signal in our room. Also we were suppose to have to full beds, but we were given one king bed. I was so tired my kids and i just made the king bed work. I did not sleep well

We stayed two nights. Our room wasn’t serviced after the first night. When we requested service (that the bed be made, trash taken out, bathroom supplies replenished), we were told that housekeeping had already left for the day and that rooms of guests staying multiple nights aren’t serviced unless specifically requested. Since this isn’t standard practice, we should have been notified of this upon check-in. There was trash scattered outside the front door of the hotel that remained there throughout our stay. Check-out was at noon; around 9:30am the morning we were checking out, housekeeping entered our room via key without even knocking first. I wasn’t decent, but no apology was offered. The housekeeper simply pulled the door so it was still slightly opened and tried to ask whether we were staying over for another night and how much longer we’d be occupying the room before checking out (2.5 hours before check-out time). There was a bag of trash from a guest’s takeout outside the room next to ours. It was there when we arrived and still sitting in the hallway floor when we checked out two days later. We will not return to this hotel or another Comfort Inn.

I have stayed at this establishment over a dozen times. This time around it was below standards. The check in was rough and they sent me to a room that was not ready. The staff person was not eager to help me get settled even though it was late in the evening and the hotel was half empty.

They did not clean our room and were told the housekeeper was late that day.

The location was close to resturants and shopping. It was clean and quiet.

Great location for my hometown visit. Thanks for a great stay!

I have stayed in this comfort inn a many of times and have always been very satisfied with my stay, How ever this time around was very disappointing. The first room that they put us in was very unclean and had a very bad odor in it. We asked to be put into a different room which after explaining why, they gladly did so. don't recall being told that they apologize for the inconvenience. Again I have never had a problem with this place in the past, Don't know what the problem was this time around.

This hotel isn't on the busiest roads, but closely tucked away. This helped make sure you could enjoy the quiet evenings instead of the holiday bustle around the stores.
