The air conditioning in the room and the bathroom clearly shows that there is no maintenance for changing filters, as the room smelled of dust and tobacco. The room was not clean, it was neglected, the television was damaged and did not work, and they do not provide you with the television remote.
The reception staff have a very poor attitude towards service, especially during check-in when we encountered a bearded gentlemen wearing glasses who was extremely rude and had a terrible attitude. We had to wait to be attended to by another person at the front desk.
I recommend looking for another option in the area because it does not meet the descriptions provided. For us, the only advantage was the proximity to the marathon shuttle.
