Amazing weekend stay. The restaurant was top notch & would definitely recommend it. The wellness spa is exceeded. Only 3 downsides to address: 1. The toilets do not flush well, 2. The internet service is bad 3. Something should be done to minimise the foot traffic in the salt room so as not to disturb the experience. Doors constantly slamming quite loudly doesn't help.

The place was amazing and we had booked it as we wanted a relaxing weekend away as a family and it didn’t disappoint. The staff were friendly and very helpful. We had the same young lady, Pardeep Kaur, looking after our table at dinner on a couple of nights at the Moreish restaurant and she was very attentive and made us feel very welcome. She went out of her way to make sure we had a great time along with her colleagues. The food was beautifully presented and was very tasty. The spa was just what we needed and we got to spend time with the children in the pool as well as some much needed time out in the jacuzzi, steam room and Himalayan salt room after the family sessions were over. The grounds were lovely and the staff were very obliging to our boys and gave them a tour of the grounds in the Rolls Royce buggy, that really made their day. The table tennis in the library was a lovely touch and that’s where the boys spent most of their time. We do think a snooker table would have been great as well. We would definitely visit again.

"We went to Fairmont Windsor park for our anniversary celebration, and it did not disappoint at all. From Checking in all the way to Checkout the Staff were amazing and very friendly. The hotel is brand new, just opened in January 2022. The decor of the hotel is very nice, the rooms are very comfortable. Bathroom is very nice with big BathTub, Spa facilities are amazing Big Jacuzzi in the Spa. I loved the Experience Shower. They have aroma steam, Sauna, Japanese foot bath, Hammam is still not open"
