Perfect position on the beach front. The staff are wonderful & very helpful in every way. The apartments are a little dated but still very comfortable.

ROOMS INFESTED WITH ANTS (multiple rooms according to other guests) AND ALSO SOOOOO RUDE WHEN WE TRIED TO HAVE THEM ADDRESS IT/GIVE US A DISCOUNT!! BEWARE!! We were on vacation from the US, for our honeymoon. They did a nice a job of being understanding about our delayed flight from Brisbane, had the room nicely arranged with music & champagne and overall was lovely check-in. The location and other accommodations were nice and MAY have been worth the cost, but the ANT INFESTATION in our room, AND MOST IMPORTANTLY THE TWO DIFFERENT RUDE FRONT DESK CLERKS MADE IT A HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! We had a plate of frosting from a piece of cake that I left on the coffee table IN THE LIVING ROOM for maybe an hour while watching TV that got COMPLETELY COVERED IN ANTS, TO THE POINT I ALMOST BROKE IT WHEN I PICKED IT UP W/O REALIZING IT WAS COVERED IN ANTS. The first front desk person just brushed us off ("oh sure, ill let housekeeping know"/"it's your fault for not telling house keeping about it in the middle of the night-at 11pm) and the other front desk/"hospitality manager" wanted us to "pick something from the gift shop (probably $5-$10 for a room we paid TWO-HUNDRED A NIGHT for). That was only after we made it VERY clear how unhappy we were at the end of our stay!! BEWARE MULTIPLE ROOMS INFESTED W ANTS AND THE STAFF IS AWARE AND DOES NOT CARE/not willing to address it/properly take care of it! OUR KITCHEN, ONE OF THE BATHROOMS AND LIVING ROOM WAS COVERED!! SO BEWARE!! Not only the kitch

Cedric made our experience pleasant before we even arrived. We got a upgrade to the beachfront room and it was more than what we could of asked for. He went above and beyond to ensure our stay was amazing. Will be recommending Alamanda to all my family and friends when staying at palm cove and can’t wait to get back there. The check in was fine, but we asked for toothbrushes riggt when we arrived and they said they will bring them, but only told us they dont have any more left at night. We could have bought them if they told us earlier when the shops were still open.

The complex of apartments is older than some, but in a perfect location; at one end of the main beachside ‘strip’, it actually has a beach front and is adjacent to a creek & foreshore reserve. Grounds, pools and buildings are attractive and well maintained (one wing being repainted during our short stay). Apartments are spacious, very comfortable and well appointed. Some bathroom fittings could use an update and WiFi access was not available in some areas of our apartment - all minor matters. Staff were helpful & professional; the restaurant NuNu excellent. If stairs are an issue this facility has no lift. No problem for us, we intend to return and are very happy to recommend.

Spent 3 nights with my wife to celebrate my 50th Birthday and was not disappointed. From welcoming drinks at check in to free room upgrade due to refurbishment work be carried out during our stay. The location and outlook is absolutely superb along with three pools to choose from. Can not wait to return and highly recommended staying in slice of paradise.

Amazing service from time of arrival to time of departure from Cederic. He made us feel welcome and always checking to see if everything was ok. Nothing was too much to organise. Rooms very clean and also the pools were spotless. Can highly recommend Alamanda Palm Cove.
