Great hotel very quiet had a balcony the pool was closed due to COVID but I felt it should have been free breakfast for the price of the hotel. The only thing I didn’t like was for every night you stay there they charge you EXTRA $20 for accidents which I was not made aware of you are refunded the money after checkout if no damage was done to the room other then that my stay was great staff was awesome

We always choose to stay at the Courtyard when in town for softball. Great location, friendly staff, clean and comfortable.

Overall an excellent hotel and really enjoyed our stay. COVID had our indoor pool and weight room and hot tub closed but the sister Marriott Residence Inn that shared an open area had their pool opened. Didn't make any sense

We came in late at night for a weekend soccer tournament , and had two rooms reserved , and they held the rooms for us, even though other customers where still looking for rooms. So, it was nice to see that we still had our rooms ready for us. Also I was a Little Late for the first breakfast , and one of the employees gave me some choices for a goodie bag, that I was able to take out to the soccer complex. Rooms were very clean, and the mask standard was followed by everyone👍 So, overall a really nice experience .

Front desk staff was incapable. When you pay in advance for a room, you expect to get what you paid for on arrival. Should have gone to Holiday Inn.

We arrived in the evening and got settled, had a bite to eat and watched a movie. I went into the bathroom and noticed a used wash cloth thrown over the shower curtain rod. I ask the other party that was with me if they had used a wash cloth and they replied no. We were ready to go to bed and had our night clothes and we had just driven 700 miles so we did not call the front desk. Another thing was one of the bed pillows reeked of men’s cologne. We just got our air mattress out of the car used them as our bed. The next morning they were told what had happened and all they said was sorry.
