Breakfast was below par. Forget the fear of the virus, make the necessary adjustments and get back to normal

We enjoyed our stay at Hampton Inn. The cleanliness is a top priority. The staff were helpful and friendly. They made you feel welcome.

Nice hotel I love all the Hilton Honors Hotels. They are doing some renovations so some rooms might have a slight paint smell but other than that the rooms are nice beds are comfy and the tv is a nice size

There was no hot breakfast although the booking said there was, the whole building was under construction and renovation so you were dodging areas that were closed. The pool was covered with bugs and when we told the attendant he said oh sorry and walked away from us. The entry pad to get back in once you were in the pool area was covered with duct tape and he had to come get us obviously annoyed at having to do so. Should I go on?

The hotel is finishing renovations, so it was difficult to spot the entrance. Also, there aren’t vending machines available (except ice); they do have snacks & drinks available at the front desk. The breakfast bar is modified due to Coronavirus concerns, but they have several options available to choose from. I saw instant oatmeal, smoothies, bananas, apples, muffins, and breakfast bars. And, of course, several coffee options. My room was newly remodeled and made more sense than the older style rooms did. The flat screen tv was mounted on the wall. The fridge and microwave were incorporated into the room furniture, not just added later. The bed was a little firm for my taste, but comfortable. The bathroom had a stand alone shower, and was very clean. There were hangers, iron & ironing board, hair dryer, extra blanket and pillow available In the room. They also added extra wall hooks to hang up your towels or clothes. There was plenty of room to relax and spread out. I would stay there again.

Renovations going on there. No Pool...No Gym...No Breakfast. Been this way too long. Given the amount of guests there, the breakfast could have been open and still socially distance.
