The suite was huge and very nice and clean. Tons of amenities. I can’t think of anything it was missing! Great space to relax. Lots of restaurants a quick drive away.

Terrible level of Cleanliness & Hygiene
This residence Inn used to be a nice please but has seriously deteriorated in the level and quality of cleanliness provided considering the COVID situation! I don’t think the rooms are being cleaned at all after a guest stayed with previous guest hair all over the bathroom floor, unswept kitchen floor with insects flying all over the room! This is the worst accommodation experience I’ve had all my life. I spoke to manager on duty and he gave me a replacement accommodation that a sofa full of pet’s hair with very dirty kitchen floor. I decided to leave before midnight to another hotel as I felt the condition of this place was too unhygienic for me to sleep or stay in. I requested for a refund on my booking & checked out! Please stay away from this place if u value your health!!

Great stay but note there are planes flying by
The hotel is in a business area so not much traffic on out weekend stay. The layout of the room was classy and functional. We loved it. The staff was also very pleasant and helpful and when we needed an item they offered to bring it to our room. Our stay was very comfortable and we will stay again if we return to the area. Light sleepers need to know this hotel is directly along the flight path of DFW and there were several low flying aircraft flying over us all throughout the day.

Home away from home
Hotel staff was great. I had 2 nights reservation someplace else, but i left after one night because it was gross. Residence staff allowed me to check in early, which was great because I had to work from the room. The room was beautiful and clean and it really is a home away from home. I sat at the desk and worked and listened to kids playing in the pool and the planes flying overhead. It was very peaceful.
