overall disappointing, hospitality was poor to no respect to guest
Under staffed and had to wait. I was understanding on that. Check in online said they were pet friendly and they weren’t. I booked a king suite and got into a very rank smelling room like someone was very sick in and it was only a queen room. I contacted front desk and they said they were booked solid (the parking lot was empty the whole time we stayed there) and they could discount our room. I agreed to that and they said they would only charge me $85 and they would take care of it. At check out I went to front desk to get verification for this and they said Travelocity had to take care of it. I would like my charges on my card adjusted for this less than ideal stay. I would likely not stay and this dirty and greatly needed to be updated establishment.

Good price, comfy bed. The stained toilet seat was kinda repulsive, but the room was clean. Limited amount of coffee creamer (you have to ask).
Not a good hotel at all. The whole place smells like smoke even though it’s non-smoking. There were issues after issues since we got here, a broken toilet, the tub wouldn’t drain, jammed door so we couldn’t get in our room. It’s close the Miami University which is the only thing about it that we’re happy about. I hope to find a better hotel in the future.
The stay was not horrible as there were very few guests and the room was decently clean when we checked in. As for breakfast count that off the list for getting here, even with Covid concerns they could have hot coffee and take away items set out for guests. Instead there was either no coffee or cold coffee and a pack of donuts. Also we did not get room service until the last morning. Again fine if you are not going to clean the rooms, but you should tell guests this and leave out towels and toiletries for guests to pick up. Instead we were left to figure it out on our own as 8 out of 10 times no one was even at the front desk. So as for the stay I am more disappointed with the price I paid for what we did get. If I would've paid $60-$65 a night then what we got would've been fine but for $95 a night it's not worth the stay. Again I understand all about the Corona Virus as I know each response to reviews uses this as the excuse, but regardless if you are unable to accommodate guests as listed then you should lower your pricing for the time being until you can provide a more adequate stay. The pool was nice and warm. The area was in great proximity to shopping and dining as well. Overall if you don't mind fending for yourself to find towels, toiletries, and have no form of breakfast (not even coffee) included in stay then this was a nice place to stay excluding the price point.
Absolutely nobody "working" the front desk area. Typically pulling double-duty as housekeeping and required a phone call to receive attention to the front desk area. Rooms were mostly clean and acceptable. Definitely showing age and short cuts on repairs are becoming evident (trim work around elevator door frame looks like a 12 year old trying to miter a joint for the first time, caulk job around top of tub/shower surround is sloppy). Non-cleanly areas are in the room where the wall carper meets the floor carpet - you can tell just a floor vac was used on floor and an attachment was not used to suction the crease where lots of dust settles. The motel is OK, for the price. I would not want do a week long stay there. The rooms have a musky odor to them. The attendant was nice. One night stays are fine.
It was a non smoking hotel and the whole place smelled like smoke. We asked what time the pool closed because we really wanted to use the hot tub she just answered us and didn’t bother to tell us it wasn’t there anymore(even tho it is still on the website) didn’t bother to tell us that there was no breakfast and the coffee was empty! Will never stay there again
The staff was not wearing masks. The reception desk had no one available to check us in for 15 minutes.
