Not a good stay
We stayed for 3 nights here and although I do understand the COVID-19 situation I was seriously disappointed with not having the included things I paid for. No continental breakfast, no pool. Even though we were like one of the only ones there they still wouldn't open the pool. And then we were told they would not clean our room until we left. Ok I can deal with that because of the situation but they never even came in to collect garbage, take towels and leave clean ones. Just unacceptable. The beds were super hard and needless to say we will not be staying there again.

No towels in the room. I’d to go down and get them. Toilet didn’t work, people are living in the hotel and there’s bags of garbage in the hallways not picked up. Whole place was run down, stained carpet, torn walls, cigarette butts everywhere outside. Everything dirty.

Started out in a room that seemed fine (clean-is, relatively well kept). Then when I went to take a shower, the shower was broken. Called down to front desk and was told someone would be up to fix it in 5-10 minutes. A half hour later I called down again and was told that she wasn't able to come up yet because there were 3 other rooms that had to be moved because of issues. I understand that because of that it would take longer to help me and don't necessarily blame her, but the fact that there were 4 rooms that had issues that required moving guests pretty well sums up what the condition of this Hotel is. The room I was moved to was dingy and the shower worked, but barely got any hot water. It was warm at best, the 2nd shower I took there was hot water for about 30 seconds, so it seemed to be a water capacity issue (for 3 separate showers). To top all of that off the hallway outside of my room was noisy and smelled like cigarette and weed smoke. The bed was fine and breakfast was fine... that was about it

I usually do not leave reviews, but this place was so bad everyone needs to beware!! Cleanliness is terrible, staff is unprofessional. The fact that I had to sleep here, much less pay to sleep here is ridiculous.
