Muy buena ubicación, justo frente al mall. El hotel está renovado por adentro y es bastante cómodo muy buena opción para Albuquerque

From the minute I booked the room with hotels.com to Chandler at the front desk answering my questions over the phone and then again in person when I checked in she is a blessing and an asset to the company! I had questions about bringing my cat and also my grandson who was a baby 8 months old. She made sure the pack and play was in the room, I needed more coffee and creamer cuz the baby was sleeping and they sent some up no problem. The price was on point and for a sweet that has a dishwasher two burners and frigerator with two TVs, in an ideal location. I was happy. I would definitely stay again.

The room was very spacious and very clean, especially for COVID times. The breakfast was about the best that could be expected under a pandemic. Front desk staff was pleasant and helpful. We will definitely be back when we need to stay again in Albuquerque.

Check in was easy and all the staff was friendly. The room we were in was not in great shape (fridge was wobbly, table veneer was peeling, curtains had holes in them) and while it had a bathtub, as we had requested, it was too dirty to actually use.

Very comfortable room! Good area to be in. Lots of convenience and quiet. Zero customer service. Checking in-“Name? I need a credit card. Here’s your key elevator down the hall.” Felt like I was checking into jail. Breakfast attendant just stared at me. Very comfortable bed though.

It was very very roomy, great for our family visit. Comfy.

The Hotel was fine. The staff was friendly. The breakfast sack was not at all what we expected. We left the hotel and drive through for a real breakfast. We stayed at a Homewood before with a sack breakfast and we were provided with the option of fresh fruit or a breakfast sandwich. This gave us a sack with an apple, yogurt, a hard granola bar, and an apple juice.

The size of the suite was larger than expected. The bed was comfortable and even the pull out sofa bed exceeded expectations. The stay was quiet and uneventful which made for a relaxing peaceful night, Staff was friendly and professional.

We in general find this property to serve our needs very well. The room is very comfortable, but I can never understand why motel/hotels always have pillows that are so huge that you get a kink in your neck trying to sleep on them. The reception was very helpful, but the breakfast selection became less and less each day. The cook said that they hadn't received any supplies for several days. By Dec. 24th (the last day they were offering breakfast) there was hardly anything left.
