The hotel was not clean, the bathroom still had hair from previous stays. The bedding was stained and had hair. I ended up checking out at 3AM because the bed was so uncomfortable. Also residents were standing outside my door in the middle of the night on the fourth floor and a fight seemed to break out in another room, really didn’t feel safe or comfortable and ended up checking out in the middle of the night.

Will Never Stay AGAIN!!
Last night when I arrived there was noone at the desk for quite awhile. However, he apologized and got me checked in for a 2 night stay. Room was clean and pretty comfortable. Next day we were rudely woken up by a call from Sara at the front desk telling us we needed to come down now and get new keys. I called back and asked why and she couldn't give me an answer. Just stated you just need to come now and hung up. I get there and she tells me she needs my credit card again for incidentals. Why? I swiped my card last night. Again she gave me NO explanation. Just kept over talking me when I asked why? The gentleman last night confirmed my 2 night stay and now you tell me I need new keys and another incidental charge with no explanation. I proceeded to tell her, she could've handled this alot better had she stated please stop by the desk on your way out to get new keys, not demand that I come now. I never use color as reason, but this time it most definitely was!!! I could've took there was a mistake with your reservation, bc the guy was busy last night, but you continued to just talk over me as if my questions didn't deserve an answer. Out of all the guest we came across last night, they were of a different nationality. I'm use to that bc of the type of work I do, so it initially didn't alarm me, until this happened Hotel was nice and around quite a few eateries, but I will never stay again. She literally messed up my entire getaway. I will definitely contact corp to explain.
