Deja Resort All Inclusive

Tiene cosas que mejorar. Las instalaciones están viejas y descuidadas , necesitan mantenimiento en piscina y aéreas . La comida es excelente y el personal educado y atento al servicio .

My first time staying at the resort. I really needed to get away from the cold in Canada. Deja exceeded my expectations. Hotel was very well kept. Food was very good and drinks were never watered down. I loved the beach across the street and the free access. Umbrellas should have been included for Deja guests as a perk in my opinion. The hot tub didn't work for my stay. The pool was ok but I am a beach baby. I would stay here again and recommend to friends/family. New Years they had a party which was nice.

Deja is a gem on the hip strip. It’s what I’d call all-inclusive on a budget. You get great food, good vibes, clean rooms and direct access to one of the most beautiful beaches in the world. The property is on the hip strip so parking is not readily available. The parking is in an adjacent plaza which can hold only 10 cars at best. It’s not as small Children friendly, as there’s one pool which is four feet in depth all around so not so good for small kids. Other than that it’s in the middle of everything. I’d recommend it and stay again. Big up to the entertainment coordinator Sabrina she’s a whole mood and the amazing chefs, wait staff and bartenders. Y’all are the real MVPs.

Well it was some things needed to be fixed and some of the workers was a little rude and i went for lunch and i had to wait in hour and a half for lunch and i still didn't get lunch because they closed the grill and i still waited for $735 the service was not that good my husband and i was very disappointed.

The hotel has everything you need...good location and across the street from a top beach. Felicites are ok; rooms are spacious and clean. Food is good and you will always have the grill option.

The check-in and check-out process were smooth. The bar staff and drinks were good. I checked in on a Friday and was told they were having bbq for dinner. I requested a balanced vegetarian/pescatarian meal since I do not eat meat. I was told no problem. A few minutes later the supervisor Dahlia came by and told me I had to pay extra for my meal since it was a special request. After discussing the point for 5 minutes, I threatened to check out and go to a hotel that was not an all-inclusive and I would gladly buy my own meal. This was when I was told I would get the meal as a courtesy. Is Deja an all-inclusive Hotel? The short answer is NO!!! I shouldn’t have to beg for a meal.

If u stay at really great hotels u would know that this hotel is mediocre because of the rooms it can use a face lift BUT the food to the staff was exceptional so it over shadow the room its also very central doctor's cove is a 1 min walk n shopping is close by i give this hotel a excellent review because of their service i would stay here again n i recommend 👌

My fiancé loved it there good food !! Good people!!
