Very comfortable, quiet hotel.

It's a last minute booking and the condition of the room is better than expected

The receptionist had the paper ready and the check in was fast unlike other 9 hotels i used from Hotel.com. The room has stake carpet smell and no bathtub water stopper.

It was not bad. I reserved the largest room they had with a King size bed. It came with 3 couches and plenty of room. Perfect for large family groups. There was probably enough room for at least a dozen people if needed? Friendly staff and comfortable bed. No frills, good basic stay. I would recommend. Thanks

They're working to update the hotel. Close to food and some stores. Covid makes it hard to shop though because everything is closed.

We stayed here on a road trip with our child and small dog. There aren't many towns around, so decent hotels are few. We saw this one was by best western (a brand we trusted, till now.) and pet friendly, so we booked. Check in was uneventful and the person was nice enough. She said we needed a social pet room, and had to pay an additional pretty fee. I get it, you need to keep some rooms pet free for travelers with allergies, and some pets make messes, so we'll pay the fees. But when we got to our room we were disgusted! The smell of bug poison still hung in the air, dead bugs were strewn around the room, especially all along the walls, behind and under the bed. The toilet wasn't clean. There was a dead bug under one of the pillows, and blood from a squished bug smeared along the bathroom wall. On top of that the room was very outdated, there was ONE wall outlet to charge everything we brought, the TV quality was terrible, the room smelled old, and our neighbors decided to start screaming at each other. We felt like we'd just walked into a bad movie scene. This hotel should be a $30 a night motel, not a $85 a night plus pet fee hotel. The place is dirty, and dangerous to kids and pets. The poison is strong and fresh, and there are many dozens of bugs for your pets to ingest. We stayed the night because we were exhausted and had nowhere else to go, but do yourself a favor and plan to stay elsewhere! (Pic of the toenail clippings, bugs + trash next to our bed.)

very outdated and poor property. furniture and fixtures right out of the 1970’s and not maintained. we were very much in a hurry to check out ASAP and leave.

Very clean!! Temp in room was cool upon entry.. I was very happy with the room!

Pool is listed as an amenity of this hotel on the booking site but the pool doesn’t have any water in it. Trash and other debris in it. Next to it is a non-working Ice machine. Our room was serviceable but super old and looked tired. However The beds were comfortable and the AC blew cold air.

Beds weren’t very comfortable & rooms not very clean, I’ve stay at Best Western before in other towns so I chose this but sorry won’t be staying here again, we attended a funeral & my family wasn’t comfortable!
