Buena relacion calidad precio. Muy bien situado. La habitacion confortable. Lo recomiendo
While we did not get to stay at Hotel Tegnerlunden we were "upgraded" (can't say whether this word is an accurate description or not as I do not know what Tegnerlunden is like) to Hotel Birger Jarl, and a suite at that, so my overall impression was very good. The room was clean and the beds super comfy, we also had a small living room which made the stay so much more pleasant. Very friendly staff, and the breakfast was great.
We reserved the hotel, but the hotel was closed. We didn't have any relocation info untill we arrived the closed hotel at night time. The relocation hotel was far from the place we reserved. We needed to walk outside with kids late night. The relocaton hotel receptionist was nice.
Nice hotel not far from the center of Stockholm. Small but absolutely functional.
Friendly reception staff. Good breakfast. Nice room with wardrobe, drawers and good shower. Comfortable bed.
not that modern, but have most of the neccesaary.bpecially the kettle.
Good hotel in good location. I liked the breakfast which is served on the top floor with lovely view. Staff was very friendly. Good Italian restaurant next door.
The hotel is wonderful. Staff is great, room is comfortable, and the Wi-Fi is good. As a recent vegan, I was very happy to see that the breakfast options had vegan offerings. I would like to suggest that the hotel offer hot vegan offerings as well (sauteed mushrooms, roasted potatoes, veggie sausage links ... ), and perhaps some vegan butter and agave nectar. The hotel is very close to central areas in Stockholm with wonderful restaurants south and north of the hotel. It is a 10 minute walk to Taku Taku (my new favorite vegan lunch spot) to the south, and a wonderful Japanese restaurant Kokyo to the north. Access to Gamla Stan is also quite easy, and the central station is a 15-20 minute walk (downhill). This hotel is highly recommended!
Overall, we really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. It is close to the metro station, which is very convenient. It’s in front of a nice park. The outside doesn’t look as attractive, but the inside is great. There was a slight odor to the hall way, maybe due to damp carpet. The rooms were small, but very clean and comfy. It came with a small fridge and coffee maker. Considering we had just spent some days in Copenhagen in a similar sized room with a much smaller bathroom, and paid twice the amount in Copenhagen, I would highly recommend this hotel. We spent most of our time out touristing, only really slept and bathed at the hotel; but would highly recommend it for the price and cleanliness.
A great place to stay. I would definitely stay again and recommend to others. It’s close enough to the center to be convenient but far enough away that there isn’t noise.
