The check- in was easy.. staff was very professional. I would stay there again.. Our room was very clean.. Checking out was a breeze. The gentlemen was very nice at the desk.

When we arrived to our room it was overwhelming smell of weed! It was so bad and there were ants. We had to request a new room. The guests i want to say were placed there as part of the Covid housing help and thus probably no the normal crowd.

Kevin has always been helpful in making sure that i am comfortable every stay here at Delta. i appreciate what he has done for the establishment, and praise his continued efforts on keeping the place up and deterring all the rift raft. thank you so much SIR.

There was an incident at the hotel that included heavy police presence. I was bit disturbed that they didn’t have a microwave either. Otherwise I was comfortable and the bathroom is sparkly clean which means a great deal to me.

My TV was not working when I arrived - they sent a repair service tech to my room in about 10 minutes, I was leaving for dinner - but when I returned the TV was on and continued to work properly through the rest of my stay. Hotels have issues - it how they deal with them that matters to me. This was prompt and completely handled.
