The Originals Boutique, Hôtel Océane, Le Havre (Qualys-Hotel)

While the location was very good for us, the hotel itself was empty. We were literally the only people staying there. The staff were very helpful but the decor and rooms were in the style of the 80s and run down.

we had to catch Flixbus at 6:00am so purposely chose this hotel for its location. The staff is very helpful and patient, let us store our luggage before check-in time; showed us direction to Normadie, nearby restaurants, stores, etc; but we were very disappointed by its cleanness, broken phone line and all-french TV; the bathroom window doesn't have screen, bugs flew right in when we opened the window after shower (there is no fan or venting), people in the next building could see right at us (good that we have our shirt on after shower)...among those hotels around the train station, Novotel has the highest price, this hotel is the second on the day we booked, we certainly didn't expect those negative things.

We were in LeHavre during a heat wave so the room was very warm. A fan would have been nice - we were not expecting a/c. Our room was small but quite functional. It was at the front of the hotel so a little noisy. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Everything was great except it turned out to be a really hot day and there was no air conditioning. I chose the hotel because it was right across from the train station. Of course, it was a very busy street and we had to leave the windows open because of the heat. Suprisingly, we did sleep pretty good in spite of the noise level. For train travel, it was extremely convenient. It was very clean and the staff could not have been nicer.

Hotel très bien situé si vous arrivez à la gare avec 1 réceptionniste très attentionné. Par contre les chambres ont besoin d'un rafraîchissement et d'une burette d'huile (tout grince !) Petit déjeuner inadmissible pour le niveau de prix

L'accueil la propreté la literie super pas mal de petits restaurants à côté très calme de la place pour se garer à refaire

L'amabilité du personnel est très appréciable. La gentillesse du monsieur qui sert le petit-déjeuner est très sympathique.

Situé en face de la gare, cet Hôtel confortable conviendra mieux à ceux qui arrivent en train qu'à ceux qui tourneront probablement un peu avant de trouver une place de parking. Pour le reste, on regrettera que les alentours n'offrent en matière de restauration, quasiment que des fast-food.
