Nice hotel, some room for improvement
The hotel is on a prime spot by the pier. Nice and clean overall. The windows are not fully noise insulated so a ship being loaded with large metal pipes overnight kept making clanking noises during the process. The parking is across the property and not clearly marked so we had to drive in the messy traffic around that block twice until we went into the hotel to find exactly where the parking was. Should have a sign. The room reservation said parking included but they still charged 20 pesos a night which I just paid not worth arguing a dollar. The room did not have a safe in the closet, and the soap bars were missing so had to ask for some. The whole place bans smoking everywhere on the premises including the balconies if that's important to you.

The property is located right in the center of everything so it’s very convenient. We tried the buffet food option one night and it was a very good price and delicious. We also tried their breakfast buffet and it was incredible. The AC in the room was very nice and kept the room cool. Rooms were clean and the view of the city is beautiful to wake up too! This was a beautiful property with kind staff and beautiful views. The buffets that were offered in the hotel was delicious. 24 hour room service was also a plus. Tons to do around the area, and the port is alive a night with music and people. We will definitely be returning!

Excellent hotel! This is where I will be staying every time I visit in the future. The room was very clean, I had an amazing view, parking was easy, food was amazing! I definitely recommend this hotel. I have already told all my friends and family they should stay here when visiting. Staff was very friendly as well. I parked in the parking garage and didn’t have to drive anywhere since there is so much to do in the area. Thank you!
