It was okay, the cleaning of rooms could definitely be stepped up! No coffee in the room and TV issues to start! The team was very understanding but at the end of the day it is perception !

The staff was rude and not very nice. The staff never took care of the guest that was running halls and being loud.

The day desk clerk, whose staff I did not see, was the best overall desk clerk that I have ever met throughout my years traveling. Always with a smile on his face and making sure we had everything we needed. The room was clean. My only complaint was that the beds were a bit hard for me, but if that’s the only complaint, you have done a great job.

First room i checked in, only one of beds were made. Had to get a different room Fitness center not open. The breakfast to go option was not great. Understand with COVID, but rate should of been way reduced with way reduced amenities.

We visited our son in college. He decided to stay with us in the hotel. This night was a free night through Hotels.com. I upgraded to a suite and was charged full price. Not sure if I voided the free room with this change.

Clean room, friendly staff, great location however the A/C unit wasn’t the best.

It is a nice property and the staff is friendly and helpful. However I find it hard to swallow that amenities such as breakfast, lobby coffee and daily housekeeping are suspended due to COVID health concerns and yet none of the staff wear face masks. I did get a "breakfast to go" bag, which consisted of two small granola bars and a bottle of water. Lame.

Clean, nice, and spacious room. Pool area was nice and clean also.

Front desk employee was super friendly and welcoming. Extremely clean and comfortable!

Due to Covid there wasn’t hot breakfast or swimming pool which were both reasons we selected this hotel for our stay for medical reasons during the power outage of Derecho in Marion. We were thrilled with the front desk clerk that is a black man that’s great. He was wonderful always and big heart. Loved him! He was friendly to every single member of our family. Due to Covid things stink because we had to do own towels daily. Get new pillowcases a couple times etc. we were in the 2nd floor and the family above us loved rolling their chair back and forth like a race for periods of time (30-50 minutes a time) from across room. And every member of the family walked like herds of elephants. It was awful and woke us up early in morning and made it hard to go to sleep at night. Perhaps carpeting would be a better solution. We were able to find a hotel that had open pool and breakfast not bagged fruit, water, and granola bar. We wanted food! We spent like $200 eating breakfast out five days we stayed so great to have it at hotel which is important especially in crisis. The hotel is nice with great people and location wonderful. Wish Covid didn’t make it so much more stressful and costly. Thanks
