The room was clean though in need of some updating. Mattress was ok. Paying 10 to park on the property seemed inappropriate. No coffee until 8:00 AM as it appears that there is no one on the property in the night hours. Of course, the price was below just about anything I could find. It was the only place near the medical center I had an early appointment at. Just a couple miles to Coco Palms area with nice restaurants and seaside park etc.

The staff was very nice. There is no elevator, and we had heavy luggages. I thought the hotel was a boutique hotel while I was booking and the location was very good, but it was a motel type of facility, if I had seen the room picture, I would not have booked. Rooms have old wall units but it was working well. So cold when I arrived that I had to turn it off. Wonderful shopping area less than 10 minutes away. It is an old 1950's building, maybe even the 40's so you have to expect that. No amenities but it served my purpose and was extremely reasonable for Miami. The boy at the from desk was very sweet and helpful.
