I had a very nice stay. Staff were very helpful and friendly. It was really good being right across the road from the Beach and the Promenade is great for evening and morning walks, not too bad a walk into town, either. A very enjoyable weekend was spent there.

Rooms a bit dated, but overall ok. Breakfast was good, Bar ok, prices reasonable for hotel. Staff very friendly. Was there for 5 nights, and rooms not serviced, had to ask for towel changes, toilet rolls, and milk for tea / coffee, only 6 sachets left in room. Hotel a 15 min walk along the flat promenade to pier and town area.

The hotel is tired and dated, the photos of the room were nothing like our room. There was a horrible drain smell in our bathroom which never disappeared during our 3 night stay. The room itself and public areas were all clean and for the price we paid the stay was ok.

The hotel was large, right on the sea front and parking on the road was free after 4pm and before 10am. Al the staff were very friendly, the bar was well stocked and the pool table go plenty of use! The breakfast was excellent with a full selection of continental and full English foods.

Our stay was okay, easy to park and was barely in the room which made it bareable. The hotel is extremely dated, the walls were so thin and our bathroom was horrific. We stayed for 1 night only and luckily had to be up early because the curtain didnt fit the window so was light coming through from sunrise.. easy to get to the pier, lovely sea view but i wouldnt recommend.

I particularly liked the fact that staff don't come into the room until after the end of the stay - therefore no interruptions from a chambermaid and no having to tidy the room up during my stay (replacement towels, toilet paper etc., can of course be requested at reception during the stay if required).
