Clean room, restaurant in hotel would not recommend! Male front desk staff was awesome, another staff just sat there while there was a line to check in. Hot tub out of order, pool room not super clean and overly chlorinated.

8/10 Very good

Came with my family and was expecting sauna and hot tub to be available but both were down, main lobby was beautiful but the room was low in lighting; the bathroom door didn't shut well, little fruit flies flying around, not enough towels for our family of 5, the refrigerator didn't keep our beverage/food cool enough; it was quite upsetting. The front desk and bar staff are super friendly and helpful. The indoor pool is heated and the gym is spacious, place was easy to find and a lot of nearby stores and fast food to grab when needed.

8/10 Very good

Great location north of Milwaukee! Room was clean, bed comfortable. Pool area needed repair but the pool was clean. Weather was great to spend a few hours soaking in the sun and the pool. Indoor pool area was a mess. Hot tub was empty and caution tape everywhere. Elevator broke down during our stay which made it difficult to go up and down 5 flights. Despite all this, it was quiet and a great stay. Would come back due to location to Milwaukee and Port Washington which were in our plans.

Front desk staff was very welcoming and helpful. On the flip side both the indoor and outdoor pools were closed. This is not specified on website prior to arrival. Everything from the outside maintenance to the room maintenance needs more attention.
