The staff were friendly and happy to accomodate our early check in and late check out. Unfortunately the floors hadn’t been cleaned, other aspects appeared to be cleaned. No extra bedding in case you were cold.

No customer service
Stayed in the hotel because my daughter had a competition in Olympic Park. After a long day of competing returned to the room to discover there was no hot water in the shower. Called to reception and there was noone available to fix it and no rooms to be swapped into, so neither my daughter nor I could shower at all during our stay. We were offered breakfast to compensate, but we needed to get on the road early so couldn't take this up. I was offered a $50 refund at checkout (on a $300 room) which was insufficient but there was no manager available upon checkout to discuss the issue with and my name and number was taken but noone ever contacted me. When i followed up, there was noone available again and I was assured someone would be in touch. In the end I was refunded a third of the room rate without any follow up from the hotel - but I still feel like this wasn't enough. the whole point of a hotel is a shower and a bed. the lack of customer service left a bad taste and i wont be staying here again.

I requested parking at check in but there were no spots available in their carpark. When I complained I was told to park down the street as they had not charged me for parking. My invoice once I had checked out had the parking charged to it and my complaint has so far been ignored. The hot water was not very hot.

No hot water, mould on the blinds and I'm asmatic and woke up with a terrible cough. Carpet under the 2 single beds was extremely dusty and probably also didn't help my asthma and obviously hadn't been vacuumed and there was a white sock there. Staff lovely beds comfy great position to walk to Hall 5 where kids cheer leading is. We have 2 more in November that we would like to stay here for but not sure now.
