We stayed in at Moore House for two nights and it was lovely. The room was beautiful, breakfast was great and the staff were very friendly. It is in a good location, with the old High St and George St nearby with nice little shops and places to eat and drink.

I cant recommend this hotel enough! We had an absolutely gorgeous stay, the staff were extremely friendly, everything was clean, the breakfast was delicious and we cant wait to come back.

I had a lovely spacious room and great en-suite shower room. It had everything you could want, fluffy towels and nice toiletries. A fridge with chilled water and fresh milk. Also a comfortable guest lounge with extra refreshments available. The staff were very friendly helpful and efficient.

September short break
We stayed for two nights mid week. Moore House is in the old town high street and has no parking space so had to park in nearby public car park which is only a problem if you have much luggage. Our room, on the top floor was very clean and comfortable. Loved the decor in the breakfast/lounge. Breakfast was lovely. Good choice and well presented. Danielle made us very welcome and is an excellent host.

A fantastic little boutique hotel situated in the heart of the old town. Individual, quirky rooms are well equipped and comfortable. The breakfast was excellent and service was second to none. Thanks to the lady who looked after us so well.

Wonderful place in the middle of the old town. Beautiful rooms, nice and quiet with the exception of the late evening festivities on occasion - but that’s the old town. Nothing too bad! Breakfast is always a delight and the woman the hosts it all is super friendly and accommodating.

Really nice bedroom and bathroom. Really good location in the centre of Old Town but very quiet. Real milk in the fridge for our tea! The staff were very friendly and helpful, even providing us with an early breakfast so that would have plenty of time to get to a funeral following our stay. An excellent breakfast and service in a lovely room would definitely stay here again and recommend to my relatives.Only downside for me at 75 was the room was at the top of of many flights of stairs perhaps you should point this out to people booking who are not so agile!
