Disappointed, especially with service!!
Clock radio not working. Went to front desk, they would not replace, said customers have cell phones! Asked about housekeeping, they said we only get it every 3 days. They provided only 1 tiny bar of soap, this is supposed to be for your sink AND shower and last for 3 days !!! Breakfast, sparse. Very poor coffee. Wafflemaker had no non stick spray, asked at front desk, they did not have any spray. So waffles stuck horribly and made a bad mess. Room very small and sparse, but bed was comfortable.

Cockroach in the room is not that bad. It won't disturb my sleep. But I can hear people from other rooms very clearly. This is a main issue. The rooms are separated by doors (Is it legal?). It's like I'm sharing a room with others. Never imagined a developed country can have such kind of hotel. Would go to a more expensive one next time.
