Hotel needs upgrades

Had the most amazing room with the view of the ocean and right on the beach - could hear the waves hitting against the beach- was so relaxing and beautiful. I will definitely stay there again

I wanted to cancel and book another hotel after I arrived, but nothing was available.The shower tub didn’t drain.The tech guy came with a plunger, which he held in the hallway, leaking sewer water and I had to tell him that that’s gross.He went to get a mop and Clorox and my room smelled strongly after the Clorox for the entire night.I opened the balcony doors immediately the next morning to air out the Clorox smell but sleeping was difficult. There was also no WiFi on the entire first day.There are trespassers on the beach. One tried to talk the entire week whenever he passed by.Another one touched me 3 times on my last day and the hotel manager called the police for me to report it.I locked myself up since 5 PM on my last day, while I planned to enjoy my last sunset differently.The hotel manager first walked away when he proposed to walk with him and point out the guy. He became annoyed when I saidI’m scared to face the guy and point him out.He just walked away from me and said nothing he offers will be of any assistance anyways.But then he called the police and I reported the guy who touched me.Hotels.com called the hotel manager a couple of times for a refund for the last night and he denied this telling them I refused to cooperate with him to report the case to the police, which is a lie and Hotels.com was as shocked as I am with the hotel manager’s reaction.I received a coupon from hotels.com and nothing from the hotel itself. I appreciated how Hotels.com handled this.

Not very friendly check-in.. had security guard give us a speech on COVID while the checkin girl never sanitized anything. Don't like a lecture when I check in.

Absolutely disgusting hotel with bed bugs. Don’t trust the reviews, they might be paid. There’s NO WAY THIS HOTEL HAS SO MANY POSITIVE REVIEWS unless they’re paid reviews. This is a motel!!!! Save your money and family’s health by avoiding this place. My daughter got massive bed bug bites after our stay and I regretted every minute of staying here.

It was amazing! 100% beachfront. Housekeeping every morning with new sheets, a freshly made bed, sand off the floor, and new towels. Lunch and dinner at the on site restaurant are really good. Definitely get a pain killer, or 20 (like I did). The calamari and wings are 10/10.

The view of the beach was amazing. The room was a little outdated but i didnt come to sit in the room. The food and drinks at the hotel restaurant was great. The service waa great and the employees were very nice. I will be going back in April.

Over-priced rooms

Stayed here for 3 nights and the beach here is amazing!!! It’s by far the best thing about this property.

Booked a room for a one night stay to acclimate to the island before continuing on to more remote accommodations. Decent place, safe, right on the beach, and adheres to COVID guidelines consistently. Restaurant was open, with bar service as long as you're sitting down. Food was okay, drinks were good. Room was clean, quiet, air conditioned, and had a great view from the balcony. Easy to get transportation to and from this hotel, and staff were extremely friendly and helpful!
