The scariest experience in a hotel.
We got at the hotel at around 8pm. Settled in the room, went tt the restaurant to have dinner, the 2 servers were very arrogant and not friendly at all, asking a question about the food was like they were bothered. We asked to be awakened at4 am. We were in a deep sleep, thee room lights went on, i jumped out of bed, a guy was inside the room apologizing that he had the wrong door it was 12:30 am. I called reception and I was told that they were going to investigates. At this point both my husband and I were to scared, we barricaded the door and couldn’t fall asleep. The worst experience we have ever had in a hotel. At 5 am when we went downstairs I talked the receptionist and couldn’t give me any information into what happened. I’m waiting for an answer. We always use BestWestern hotels I hope that they can honestly give me an explanation.

Comfortable and practical
Comfortable hotel with excellent service. Special mention for the shuttle bus to/from Linate airport. The room was fine, the bathroom a bit dated. Breakfast was tasty and the dinner restaurant provided a good service. I would stay there again.

Very nice hotel
This hotel is a short drive from Milan Linate airport. Shuttle service from the hotel is available with a quick phone call for pick up. There is a metro station at the airport and the shuttle will drop you there and pick you up. So a train into Milan Centro is easy for an afternoon excursion. We had dinner at the hotel restaurant and it was quite good! Breakfast buffet is plentiful with fruit, pastry, cereal, eggs, cold cuts. Front desk staff is wonderful. Beds are comfy and shower stall is larger than most in Europe. Overall we had a great stay.

Airport hotel with excellent transfer service
An ideal hotel if you need to stay near LInate airport. The hotel's van pick up service was truly excellent. We never had to wait more than 3 minutes. They also will drop and pick up clients at the metro stop which was very useful. We liked being able to check in starting at 13:00. The room was on the small size but the bathroom was spacious.

Cozy, value for money
We had a good 3 night stay at this hotel. We liked that they have a shuttle from Linate airport and train station where they are very quick to drop off and pick up the residents. The train ride is about 15 minutes to Duomo and Milan central. The hotel is clean and well maintained, albeit limited room space. Meals are descent and the breakfast buffet is well worth it. Most of the staff provided us with excellent service.

Nice location for us because we needed to take a flight from Linate Airport early morning next day. Room was clean and quiet. Airport shuttle bus was free and reliable, which helped us big time. We also used luggage storage service free of charge, which enabled us to tour Milan's major tourist attractions before check in. We are every happy with the one night stay at Best Western Air Hotel Linate.

We were moved from our 2nd floor room to 4th floor because the air conditioning broke on the whole floor . From there after 2 days we moved again to a room in 3rd floor because the hotel management schedule to fix the bathrooms on the whole 4th floor . With all these moving/switching rooms was a very inconvenient maneuver for us . Also it was the same food served on breakfast buffet everyday .

The property is good. Close to the airport. The airport traffic wasn’t loud so that was better than I expected. There is a “disco” that is close by and the music thumped until nearly 3 am. Luckily I brought a speaker and I played white noise so that helped but it was so loud you could feel it. We didn’t sleep well at all.
