Chateau Jasper

It was an easy check in I ungraded to the presidential suite which had a jet tub. My room was on the main floor so not much of a view there but I was out the whole day anyways. I only stayed there for two nights and they were perfect. I would definitely keep this hotel in mind for next time.

This was the second time staying in Jasper at our hotel quite impressed compared to the last time we stayed at a different location everything was amazing. The staff was excellent the rooms were clean and comfortable the rooms were very quiet easy to get to easy access underground parking you can have a better little spot. Unfortunately the accessing some of the services were not available due to Covid but otherwise extremely pleased with the stay.

Not that clean as expected

bed were comfortable, room clean and cozy, my complaint is the fridge that wasn't working, maintenance came and it still didnt work. Our food was wrecked and it really bothered both my boyfriend and I . We paid money for it, and also paid to stay in the hotel, the fridges should keep food cold.

Overall, our stay was meh. Front desk was helpful with moving rooms to accommodate our dog. However, our thermostat didnt work so our room was very cold. The condition of the room was disappointing considering the price. Personally, did not think it was worth the price we paid.

The room was pleasant enough...nothing remarkable. It took over an hour to check in because there was only one person at the check-in desk and a line up of ten couples. We got a good deal on the room but at the price that is normal for the room could you at least have real glasses and coffee mugs.

Good value for a weekend trip!

The room was spacious and clean. There was a fridge, microwave and Keureg which we used. The beds and pillows were comfortable. There is underground parking. The one elevator was not working so it was quite far away to go to find the other. This is probably being fixed.

Great place to stay! Cozy and clean. Got the basic everything u need.
