The front desk reception was poor/unhelpful when I checked in. That said, checkout was a breeze and a pleasant experience, staff was very helpful. Did not like the bathroom - the shower area. It was just a horrible and worse experience of our lives ever.. When it comes to staying in a five star hotel. The staff had no clue what they were doing. We checked in , got our keys and when we went up to our room.. we swiped the card , door opens and we see a half naked man in the bed jerking himself off !!! We rushed out of the door .. went downstairs to the reception and they were not even sorry... just handed us another key and said it was just a system error. 2nd : we couldn’t sleep all night because they have night club in the same Bldg and it was too loud. 3rd: the bedsheet , pillows everything looked as if never changed, and stinky. Also, we prepaid for two nights but after thai experience we left the first night and decided not to stay the other night.. and we never got our money refunded. I had no energy to argue with the most unprofessional, untrained staff so we decided to let it go. One word : pathetic!

Check in requires more than 40 minutes, the in room dining service is pathetic although quality of food is good. It’s a pure business hotel would not recommend any one going out for leisure or couples trip. Mini bar charges are arrogant, can’t even enjoy dinner at their restaurant as they are most of the times booked for marriages or parties
