suck a shame

we stayed here and was a little disappointed. the reception area was lovel but the problems started in the room. there was hair in the bath tub, the bath always gilled up when taking a shower ( to the point we'd be standing ankle depth in wster when ever we showered) the shower kept going hot and cold whilst i was using it. the lights in the room didnt work properly they would flicker or go off altogether. there were marks all over the duvet including what looked like blood. the room was cold and you can hear every noise from outside including people talking even though the window was closed. it is such a shame as the location was great.
