Considering the problems everyone is having with the virus, the stay was great. Employees were very polite and helpful, rooms were very clean. Very good stay. Will use again
The room was so cold the entire time and i had the heat on 84. Maybe because the room only has one vent and a huge cold window, but i did not enjoy my cold stay at the Westin.
The room was very comfortable, and it was nice to stay in a hotel with separate bath and shower - especially with a bath big enough to fit my 6'3" frame. The staff were friendly and helpful. The check in process took longer than I hoped, but it was because the guy at the front desk was on the phone with someone who clearly had never stayed in a hotel before because she couldn't seem to understand the concept of incidentals, and he was patiently explaining and explaining to help her understand. Valet parking would have been helpful, but it was not available on this trip. I doubt I'll find a deal on a room here at this price point again, but if I do, I'll stay again for sure.
Everything was excellent!
On New years Eve.. There were only to be 2 people per elevator. But rooms are nice and quiet. I'd stay again. Covid has really put a damper on things
I am leaving a review today purely based on the cleaning status of our room. There were children NERF gun balls underneath chairs, a little girls bracelet left underneath the curtains (partly sticking out), and the floor was dirty enough to take notice before we walked around it. Pre-COVID a half cleaned room is not acceptable, so we are disappointed in that aspect of our stay. The two or three staff members we interacted with were kind and professional. The stay itself was nothing special but besides the cleaning status we are satisfied. Also recommend updating those phones and getting better bathroom amenities (such as lotion, shampoo, and so on) Speaking of we also did not receive any robes in our room, but when we went down to ask about that the front desk was busy and we decided not to stick around (we understand not asking was on us)
When I checked in the night clerk was impersonal, he didn’t explain the $100 deposit or guest parking. Parking is $30 so I parked on the street. The room was very nice and clean, bed comfy, and clean bathroom. The morning clerk was friendly. I would return.
Extremely dirty! The heating in our room wasn’t working and it was 30 degrees out at night so we where freezing at night. The vent in our bathroom had wads of paper stuffed into it. The shower was really grimy and small hairs where everywhere. Parking was $30 per day and it was across the street! The area is already rough so walking at night was not something safe to do from the parking area. I will never stay here again. Alao within the first 4 hours of staying there we witnessed a theft. A group of people looking to book a room where walking around the lobby and they walked out with a guests bag while she was distracted. We stayed one night and checked out the following morning and went to the courtyard Marriot over in St. peters.
