The minute you walk into the check-in/lobby area, you have a definite sense of the vibe of this property. It's quirky and swanky without trying hard at all. Subtly cool and inviting. The employee who greeted us was warm and friendly. Although our room faced the road, it wasn't too much of a bother. The room was beautifully appointed and large. The pool was chilly, but on a warmer day it would have been so relaxing. The entire property is beautiful and well maintained. If we ever go to the Cape again, we will definitely book this hotel again. Gorgeous all around!

It far exceeded our expectations. I received morning texts about yoga or Pilates being offered each day. Room was nice, bed comfortable, it is on route 28 but we didn’t hear any cars in our room. Also the restaurant is a hidden gem - property abutts water and with the fire pits and great craft cocktails & food - you did not feel like you were on route 28. Great remodel!!

We had a great stay (4 nights) at the Uncommoner Hotel. We stayed in a Moroccan King room. The staff was welcoming and helpful. The room was beautifully decorated and large. It has a refrigerator, a Keurig coffee machine, a clothes steamer, and everything you would expect or need. The hotel is very well maintained, The indoor and outdoor pools are great. The grounds are beautifully landscaped around the restaurant and a pond, including fire pits and multiple seating areas. We will definitely return.

This is just what this area of Cape Cod needs, updated lodging with flair. This remodel could be featured on rehab show it is so good. The rooms are unique, the pools are done nicely and the restaurant and seating area is stylish and plentiful. The only reason I gave it 4 stars as at the end of the day it’s still a motel and the parking lot is a big part of the property. I will definitely stay there again!
