It was nice that they had breakfast for free, and parking was easy. The garage is attached to the hotel. The rooms and halls need updating. We didn’t have hot water for half of our stay, and we’re not offered any compensation. Cold showers were not on our bucket list. The location was safe, and super close to everything.

Plenty of towels, bath supplies, etc. Breakfast was plentiful and good for what this style is (buffet w egg potatoes, waffle irons, cereal, fruit), and the chef was very committed to quality and guest experience. Also had a very well stocked "convenience kitchen" kind of shop, with a great variety of snacks as well as personal items. Parking is reasonable for a downtown location.

We stayed here for a weekend and the location was great. We could walk to the Third Ward, Milwaukee Public Market, Lakefront Trail on Lake Michigan and the River Walk. They also have Lime Bikes everywhere and are easy to use. Lakefront Brewery and the Brewery Neighborhood were great places and views.

Air conditioning did not work in room. Halls were cool as well as lobby area but guest room got up to 80+. I was gone all day so only uncomfortable when returned for evening. Otherwise room was clean and bed very comfortable.
