Casa Natalia is always welcoming and wonderful. Such a beautiful property and sweet employees. They greeted us with a welcome margarita and a wet towel. Lovely property in an excellent location. So charming and the rooms are nice, spacious. My rating would be higher if I didn’t have ants everywhere in the room. I noticed them when I arrived in my room and was told they would deal with them the next day. I don’t understand why I wasn’t given a different room since the property was not even half full. The wi-fi was terrible. The chicken with chocolate pepper sauce was excellent.
