Comfort Inn

Rooms was clean. 2nd floor halls smelled strongly of some type of ethnic food and marijuana. Painting going on downstairs. Seems like renovations were cheaply done and poorly done. Bed was comfortable but area was sketchy.

Came for a family getaway for a night loved the room not dirty no bugs

The hotel general manger was kind. There's was a bit of a mix up between hotels.com and the hotel but it was resolved easily. He kept his cool through the whole process. The hotel itself was clean. Though, on our floor, some guests had been smoking in their room. We didn't report them. It was already late in the evening. But once in our room we couldn't smell it anymore. Overall, our stay was good.

The service was good and the room, but the hotel hallways were dirty and the exterior doors don't shut/lock. They do not provide breakfast - due to covid, but other hotels I've been too had a bag breakfast. So what they are advertising is incorrect. I've stayed at this particular hotel a couple times and won't be choosing it again.

There was duct tape over the latch on the back door. It appeared there had been a fire or something that caused damage to the exterior of the building near that rear entry door. Also there was a hole on the ceiling of the room above the curtains, the vent in the bathroom was not placed into the ceiling properly and there were multiple areas on the walls that had paint missing.

We will never stay here again! We did not get the room requested, it was dirty and management was not accommodating. Definitely would not recommend!

There was a clear fire hazard in the elevator. There was a gross stench in the hallways and main foyer. .5 star hotel that shouldn’t be able to charge $100 a night

Not a real clean place. Strong sewer gas smell in hallway leading to rooms. Stingy with guest towels. Front desk told us we could not get extra towels until morning. We needed them then because we were at an animal show, getting very dirty and showering twice a day! Visibly disturbed that we asked! Very little water pressure, toilet would not flush one morning. Shower kind of just spit out water. But, the breakfast was good.

Great staff. My room unfortunately was not so good. It faced the interstate, which would normally not be a problem but the curtains did not close. Only a thin white curtain that did not block out the light for the lamppost outside my room. It was also extremely noisy. There were curtains but the tracks had been cut down or removed so they did not move. Also shower curtain rod was almost falling down. Great breakfast though. For the price I expected a little better shape hotel.

It took forever to check in. They didn’t have extra blankets.
