Best Western Luxbury Inn Fort Wayne

Customer service was outstanding! Front desk staff were incredible and friendly. The shower in our room needed serious maintenance. The shower head flow left a lot to be desired.

It was clean, we had a dog friendly room since our pup travels everywhere with us. They had a carry out breakfast or grab & go... But in light of the COVID situation it was pretty good. I've actually stayed here twice.

Staff was friendly, although most of them do not wear masks. This made me uncomfortable. The room had mold in the corner by the window.

Clean hotel, didn’t understand why the staff on the lobby does not wear a mask while conducting business since they are in contact with the most people.

I booked it trough hotels.com . When we arrived they don’t find the booking information. I booked 2 rooms , but they told me only one room available. And she asked me to pay it , even I already payed online . So it was a long check in with a lots of problems. The breakfast situation is very unfortunate, I though we can eat the free breakfast in the hotel ,

CoVid regulations made the stay frustrating. Sack breakfast was not good at all.

The sink in our room 219 was difficult to completely shut off and the bed was really firm (not super comfortable). Other than that our stay was great!

So the hotel needs some updating. For starters the A/C unit has a mind of its own and works when it wants to. Secondly I just had knee surgery and you need a step ladder to climb over into the tub to take a shower. The couch bed still had dirty sheets with what appeared to be buffalo wing sauce or blood. The shower ceiling was molded and falling into the tub. The beverage machine on the second floor was not working. The hotel ran out of towels on Saturday night and myself and everyone was told we would receive them on Sunday morning. The kleenex box was empty upon arrival. The outdoor pool was nice and was clean...smh

We recently stayed at this hotel on our way home from the northern Ohio area. The hotel itself was fine, but there was a problem in the morning. Because of the pandemic, the breakfast in the morning was a grab and go type in a bag. No problem- that works. What the clerk failed to tell us that night was that it ended at 9am. That would have been something to add when he put in an 8:45 wake up call for us!!!! HELLO!! Common sense would be to say that breakfast only goes until 9am!!! The girl there in the morning told us, when we inquired about breakfast around 10am that it already ended..... If she really had customer service skills, she could've gotten something together. We stayed at a Holiday Inn earlier in the trip with a nice bagged breakfast and from that experience, we know she could've grabbed a couple of things so we had something.. Don't put yourself out even a little bit girl!! A lack of common sense by the night clerk and the laziness of the morning clerk made it a rough morning.
