My stay is usually excellent. This time was different. I was told to come back in an hour or so and a room on a higher floor would be available. Not so.The Air Condition vents were left out.And they ran out of towel.

All night long, you hear people arguing, playing music, fighting, slamming doors. Housekeeping starts banging on doors before 10am so if you planned on sleeping in forget about it! The elevators are DISGUSTING and the floors are gross and sticky everywhere! This has been the complete opposite of peaceful and clean. The lighting in the rooms is horrible!!

It is always a great pleasure to stay at Aloft.A very clean, safe and friendly environment. Everything is so close by and convenience. The cleaning staff is very helpful and polite. And thanks to Shae and Samantha for going above and beyond.

My stay overall was acceptable. The photos make the condition of the hotel look nicer than it actually was. Upon arrival, I was not pleased to find a sock from a previous guest left under the desk or to see evidence that the trash in the bathroom had only been dumped but the bag had not been replaced between guest stays. In the era of the pandemic, details like that tell me that the rooms are likely not cleaned and disinfected thoroughly. Thankfully, I travel with my own cleaning supplies, so I did feel comfortable in the room after cleaning it myself.

It was relaxing and amazing

The hotel was great, the only problem we had was noise from other guests. They need to regulate quiet hours better while people are trying to sleep.

This was the dirtiest hotel I have seen in years, the property is tired, poorly managed, and absolutely filthy, you stick to the floors throughout. It was cheap but not worth it. Half the elevators were down. Post COVID close down, there is no excuse to not have completed a deep clean during down time. Sad this is a Marriott property.

The hotel and everything was great except the pressure of the water. Takes forever to take a shower with lack of pressure

From the moment we arrived it was a disaster. Front desk treated us horrible. Then when we got into the elevator there was gum all over the carpet. When we arrived to our floor the smell of Marijuana was so overwhelming we hurried to our room to find it was not the king we reserved. The bathroom door was falling off the slide, dirt on the shower floor and still the smell of Marijuana was horrible. We ended up leaving 4 hours later before we received a contact high from the pot factory.

When i got there i had to wait 45 minutes to get a room. But i eas never contacted to get a room after the 45 i had to go back up n start questioning again. There wasnt no hot water at all. I had family members with rooms amd they had none either. Carpet was wet and no house keeping
