The hotel is nice and most people at the reception, restaurant and housekeepers are very polite and helpful.
However I have also experienced that things asked would not be done even though promised to be fixed, for example filling empty body lotion bottle.
I’ve been staying at this hotel over some years. So to all who were there before, please, do not have any expectations (have talked to some
others who felt the same way). For example, you are provided only 2 towels per person in the room, no extra one to get out of the shower. You have to book the spa in advance and have to pick up the towel from the reception.
However the biggest surprise to me was to be told that they can change the rules here and now without informing you unless you ask. Have never heard of that anywhere else before. I booked the spa for 2 people 1 hour in advance with no additional information. It is stated everywhere that children are allowed til 12 pm. Went there at 5 pm and is was full with people and children (more than 20). Called the reception and asked what was happening and the answer was that they CHANGED the RULES NOW, but that children will be there only for one hour. Went there again at 6.51 pm and there were no obvious changes. Great for the families who were there not so much for us and not with the receptionists attitude.
