Phoenix Hotel Liverpool

The staff were very welcoming and approachable, the locals were fab, the room was gorgeous, the bar was full of life. Lovely outside bar area, not far from town. It was a lovely place to stay, which me and my partner will be visiting again :D

Customer service was fantastic, very friendly staff. Quick check in and express check out. Room was very modern and very clean and had good facilities. Bed was uncomfortable as hard mattress, but once you get past this, a good overall sleep as black out curtains and quiet in the morning. Don't go on the weekend if youre trying to relax and have a good night sleep but this hotel is ideal if you're staying to go out partying in the city centre or else where, as the pub downstairs has very loud music on until late at night but not an issue if you're there to party as we were. A few plumbing problems as no hot water one of the mornings, but staff were quick to fix this and not bothered by this, very helpful. Lots of plug sockets in our room with usb pots also which was great. Free parking right outside the hotel which is convenient, and also very cheap drinks in the pub downstairs!

Was very surprised on the overall experience. The hostess was very kind. The room is exactly how the photos looked, very posh and neat throughout. Good pressure on the showers, shower gel and shampoo was good. Lots of space to put luggage and bed was spacious and comfy. Book here before the price of room increases as it definitely will, once it gets multiple reviews.

Extremely posh hotel, was suprised as to how nice it was. Easy access to town. Has ample parking. Room big enough with a very good size bed

To much noise and bang hung doors

Parking is outside of the hotel but had no issues with parking, pub is OK but gets lively at night, stayed in room 4 had no issues with noise. Really quiet and rooms were in excellent condition. Only downside was no food but they allowed you to order a takeaway and eat in the bar, really good service and t a great price.

Excellent value and welcoming staff would stay again

Lovely helpful staff. The first room 17 (I think) was too hot and no blind on skylight window. Room 4 was better. This app says there is a mini golf on site. There’s isn’t.

Lovey hotel, room was clean and staff were friendly. Nice bar for drinks.
